RULES AND REGULATIONS
This newly renovated room can accommodate up to 65 people for breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch or any social or corporate functions you may have. The room has a public address system with wireless microphone, adjustable lighting, private restroom facilities and background music. Parking is available in the small private parking lot located behind the restaurant or along the public street. We would be more than happy to provide other customized services upon request.
The client or organization hosting the function will be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost equipment or furnishings. Charges will be based on the actual cost of the items replaced.
The room is available at no charge if the minimum guest count of 30 guest is met for your event. In the event that the minimum guest count is not met a room rental fee of $150.00 will be charged. In the event room is for a meeting All menu prices include the food and beverage, room rental (if minimum is met) and staff necessary for the function. All prices are subject to a 20% gratuity or a flat rate and 5% Maryland State Sales Tax. (Service Personnel charges may vary depending upon time of day ot the event.
No outside food or beverages are allowed. Specialty items can be made in our Bakery for any themed event you may have. Maryland State liquor laws prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises unless the beverages are purchased from the licensee.
A $250.00 flat fee is required in order to reserve the space for your event. If event is canceled within 6 months of the function date during peak season or within 3 months of the function date during off-peak season, this deposit is non-refundable unless Alonso’s can re-book the facility.
Full payment is due 48 hours prior to the function unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. All major credit cards accepted.
*This room is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
