In place of Scrambled Eggs - Additional $4.00 per person plus Omelet Chef

and any of the following:
mushrooms, salsa fresca, cheddar cheese, onions


Sliced Nova Platter
$6.00 per person

thinly sliced smoked Nova Scotia salmon
served with chopped egg, chopped red onion, capers, Swedish mustard
sauce and toast points


Maryland Honey Baked Ham
$3.50 per person

whole ham glazed with honey and brown sugar, slowly baked in the oven
accompanied by pineapple chutney, honey mustard and biscuits


Turkey Breast
$3.50 per person

turkey breast rubbed with olive oil and fresh herbs
served with orange cranberry relish, herb mayonnaise and
egg twist rolls
